Senior Data Engineer (Remote)

Your Missions:

Implement and deploy robust, scalable data engineering solutions to collect, transform, transport, store, and serve high-volume, high-velocity data
Design and optimize data engineering solutions to handle demanding performance, rapid scaling, and security requirements
Translate business and analytics requirements to adhere to the organization’s data strategy including ETL, data models, aggregations and reports for analysis
Work closely with other data engineers and data scientists, while consuming data processing requirements from the Technology, Product, Marketing, and Business teams

5+ experience in data science and machine learning
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics, Statistics
Fluent in Python, SQL (Mandatory)
Solid fundamentals of probability, statistics, mathematical optimization, and machine
Proficient with Python data science libraries (numpy, scipy, spacy, etc.)
Experience in building data Infrastructure
Proficient with R, Matlab or other statistical computing languages
Familiarity with deep learning framworks like Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.
Familiarity with big data technologies like map-reduce, NoSQL, Spark, H Base, Hive
A record of published patents and/or peer-reviewed conference/journal publications will be considered a big plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with across teams
