Adjunct Faculty, schedule varies based on course needs. Classes may be taught during the day as well as evenings and
Saturdays.

Salary: $600-$850 per credit hour, commensurate with highest degree held.

SUMMARY:

Part-time faculty are needed to teach one or more Information and Communication technology
courses which could include:

Program curriculum is accredited, approved and aligned with the national and international
certifications by major businesses in the computing, networking, and information and communication technology field.

The modern labs
use current technology, equipment and software

Coursework aligns with national and international industry certifications including
Cisco, A+/N+, CET and Convergence Technology Professional (CTP)

The curriculum is hands-on and application-based

The program
is internationally accredited by the Cisco Systems Networking Academy and is also a CompTIA authorized partner

Duties include
teaching, assessments, lab/classroom maintenance. Preference given to those with related industry credentials. All classes will be taught
in-person.

Western Colorado Community College, WCCC, is a division of Colorado Mesa University. WCCC offers community education
courses and a range of certificate and associate degree programs.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill
and/or ability required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

  • A minimum of 4000
    hours (approximately 2 years’ full time) of related occupational experience within the past 7 years.

PREFERRED:

  • Degree in related content area
  • Career and Technical Education credential
