POSITION SUMMARY

The purpose of this job is to provide management, administration, and supervision to end user
support team(s). The Client Services Manager provides supervision, leadership, and training within Client Services. This job is also
responsible for maintaining and delivering outstanding customer support, special projects, and responsibilities as described below.
Responsible for development and maintaining good relationships with the campus community and other ITS teams. This position will uphold the
ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with
integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree; equivalency considered
  • Three years computer
    support experience; required
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of hardware and software, phones, internet, both PC and Mac;
    required
  • Supervisory experience; required Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; required
  • Strong
    organizational skills and be detail oriented; required
  • Knowledge of customer service practices, including end-user support
    experience; required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Ethernet, TCP/IP, and Routers; preferred
