Position Summary

Reporting to the CIO, the Director of Infrastructure and Operations plans, organizes, direct, and manages a
major functional area within the IT Department.

The Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations plans, coordinates, directs, and
plays an active role in delivering technology solutions that benefit business units across the organization. The Director provides expert
advice and guidance to the CIO in the recruiting of IT resources, the identification of multi-sourcing and
outsourcing opportunities, the development and implementation of system standards, the creation and implementation of service management
policies and procedures, the implementation of sound vendor management strategies and the development and implementation of long-range plans
and strategies to effectively align the IT investment with business strategies.

The Director of Infrastructure and Operations reports
directly to the CIO, will work closely with the other Directors and IT management staff in leading day-to-day IT
operations activities. As an integral member of the CIO team, the Director participates in all CIO team tasks and has an active role in the overall success of IT.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Holds accountability for the
daily operations of all IT infrastructures. As part of the leadership team of the IT organization, the Director provides strategic and
tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology infrastructure system. The position is
designed to ensure the day-to-day delivery and operation of integrated business and administrative information systems to include telephony
services, serve farm and storage management, network operation, messaging systems, desktop support, and help desk services.

Working
with the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Technology, this management position is accountable for technology evaluation and planning;
developing and maintaining standards and policies; operation and evolution of information systems; prioritizing alternatives and performing
cost-benefit considerations related to acquisition, enhancement and implementation of new systems. Daily responsibilities include
implementation and support of local area networks, data and voice communications and information delivery systems.

Minimum
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field from a regionally accredited college or university

8+ years experience in infrastructure management or its equivalent in education and work experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Strong
technology background with relevant experience in infrastructure management, complemented by demonstrated business knowledge, such as
experience leading IT business units. Business knowledge must be relevant to the IT arena.

Demonstrated financial and accounting
acumen with proven ability to prioritize competing demands.

Progressively responsible and diversified information systems, data
processing management and technical experience in a large organization including extensive experience in the development of major
information technology policies and related supervisor experience.

Must have management experience in computer operations, and
maintenance of integrated mainframe, database management, midrange and microcomputer systems.

Experience in systems management
principles and techniques (e.g. ITIL) used in delivering quality IT services.

Experience with program and
project management principle and techniques used in leading and supporting multiple information technology programs and projects.

Experience in organizational planning and evaluation techniques in order to lead and manage the development, maintenance, evaluation, and
execution of the strategic IT plan.

Knowledge of principles, practices, techniques and methods of managing a diverse information
systems function including personal computers and LAN/WAN systems.

Basic
knowledge of principles and practices of budget preparation and administration.
