The Enterprise
Application Manager is responsible for overall oversight of ERP support, Instructional Application Administration, ERP Business Analysts and
ERP Systems Analysts, providing the technical leadership, planning and guidance for the maintenance, implementation or upgrade of
applications. This multi-faceted and hands-on management role is responsible for executing the overall strategy of the Enterprise
Applications team, and will lead all activities related to the development and management of University applications. Responsibilities
include managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing the direction, coordination, evaluation and training of employees. Additionally,
provide advice, guidance and assistance, leading internal meetings, representing the enterprise solutions team in communications with other
functional areas and attend meetings as needed.
The Enterprise Applications Manger will analyze required data and
compile reports as necessary to maintain department standards and help guide ITS leadership decisions. The position will partner with the
University community to address outstanding issues and manage the customer service relationship, including principal subject matter experts
to promote the utilization/adoption of existing application infrastructure, demonstrating exemplary leadership and teamwork skills, positive
attitude, accountability to ITS values, and excellent customer service. Additionally, the position will ensure all development and team
activities are following the departmental and university policies.
