Neumann University is accepting qualified applicants for the full-time position of Executive Director, Information Technology Resources (EDIT) / Chief Information Officer. The position will direct, plan, organize and manage all activities of the ITR unit and ensure the effective, efficient, and secure operation of all information technology, classroom technology and Neumann Media services. The EDIT will lead and manage the Information Technology Resources Department and will provide strategic vision, direction, and recommendations to the VPFA and Executive Team. This position will direct all technology activities in support of our services to the Neumann University administration, faculty, staff, students, alumni, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree required, preferably in IT/Computer Science or related fields, Master’s degree preferred; Ten (10) years in the IT field including a minimum of five (5) plus years leading and managing IT in complex environments; Experience with Higher Education / University support services; Visionary; Strong customer service orientation, skills and staff leadership /management experience; Strong analytical and problem solving experience and skills; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on priorities; Experience with telecommunications technologies.
