Job Summary

As an integral member of the ITS Information Services team, the Field Services Associate Director leads and oversee field services activities within the organization.  The position leads and manages technology support operations and budgets.  Develops and implements lifecycle management plans and goals.  Oversees Smart Campus technology operations including enterprise iPad initiative.  Directs and leads technical support units across multiple service areas.  Designs, develops, implements & maintains technical projects, systems and assets.  Creates functional strategies and technology solutions for functional areas and manages budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional areas. Oversees the execution of technology solutions in a timely and fiscally responsible manner with utmost customer satisfaction, on-time and within budget. Directly supervises assigned ITS Technology staff.

For those employees who have completed the first vaccination against COVID-19 prior to their first day of employment, the second vaccination (if applicable) must be completed following the vaccination recommended schedule to be considered fully vaccinated.
