Physical Requirements
Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time; lifting, pushing, pulling objects up to 10 lbs.; performing repetitive motion tasks; effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varied professional levels.
Shift
Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hrs/wk)
Evening and weekend work may be required.
Job Summary
This position is 100% grant funded. The College of Social Work is seeking a Technology Specialist to provide daily management and administration for program web portals and a WordPress-based Learning Management System (LMS). This position designs database reports and forms and provides expert knowledge to troubleshoot computing and software issues. Qualified applicants will be experienced in WordPress, Gravity Forms, WordPress plugins, Adobe Software, and have a knowledge of data collection and security standards. This position also requires an extensive knowledge of PC and mobile application installation and troubleshooting. This position will have supervisory responsibilities and will be required to work in a collaborative environment.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
WordPress, Gravity Forms, relevant WordPress plugins, knowledge of data collection and security standards, extensive knowledge of PC and mobile application installation and troubleshooting. Knowledge and experience with data reporting and databases and working knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
