Job Description Summary:
This role is responsible for managing the business office of the IT department
including IT budget management, technology vendor management, and IT performance management. The senior manager of the IT business office
will oversee the aforementioned functions and the employees responsible for carrying out the day-to-day activities related to these
functions. Under the direction of the AVP of IT Shared Services and in conjunction with other members of the IT leadership team, the senior
manager will define processes and standards for establishing and maintaining relationships with technology vendors. The senior manager will
also work with IT leaders to define and report on IT performance metrics and ensure budgets are properly managed across the

- Supervises, trains, coaches, directs, coordinates, and disciplines personnel while
adhering to organizational human resource policies and procedures as well as related employment laws. Recommends hire and termination
personnel actions for positions supervised.
- Establishing a formal technology vendor management function.
- Working with the
organization’s procurement team to ensure technology vendor partnerships are built in accordance with both IT best-practice and the
standards of the broader organization.
- Working with vendors, internal parties and consulting partners to ensure ACC’s technology
contracts are properly managed such that spending on technology is streamlined.
- Owning responsibility for all RFXs issued from the
