Update KB5007215 to build 22000.318 is being released as part of Patchday November, and the patch for the L3 cache of Ryzen CPUs is being made available to all users – this is the first time that customers outside of the Windows Insider program will be able to benefit from performance drops.

Microsoft has made significant progress with the Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.282 in relation to the L3 problem of Zen processors under Windows 11, and has brought the performance loss of up to 15 percent in most cases under control, as determined by the editors.
