- Strong project management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Physical access administration experience
- Knowledge of physical access control systems and video surveillance systems
Provides technical and administrative support for systems, programs, projects, and processes relating to physical security, access control, and life safety systems. This position will support the Belknap, Health Sciences, and Shelbyhurst campuses.
Develops and maintain security alarm testing program. Oversee vendor identification/access badge program. Identify and resolve technical matters while using sound judgement. Lead and provide administrative and technical support for new installs, service requests and special projects. Deliver excellent customer service to internal/external customers.
