Beslist.nl is a high traffic and high value platform with a trendy corporate culture! One of the teams within the IT department is the Data Services team. You will work in an enthusiastic and driven team, in which an informal working atmosphere prevails. Your colleagues work as a Python Developer and you work closely with the Search and BI team. In total there are +/- 10 colleagues in these teams. We use the latest techniques to organize the data landscape as well as possible! Team Data Services works with AWS and is serverless. Furthermore, Team Data Services uses Python 3 and there is no legacy code.
What are you going to do?
- Making the data of 2.3 billion+ interactions per month and 64 million products available for the BI landscape, among others.
- You use the latest technology to devise innovative solutions and solve big data problems.
- You guide and advise on optimizing data flows and data quality improvement to the various stakeholders.
- You proactively participate in team sessions and work closely with other team members to come up with good solutions.
- You communicate effectively, you are open to ideas and opinions of others, but you are also able to articulate and defend your own opinion.
- You are looking for technical innovations and improvements for decisions.nl.
- Finally, you are aware of developments within the organization in order to make an optimal contribution.

Requirements
- You have a completed education at HBO / WO level, preferably in the direction of Computer Science or Software Engineering / (Web) Development.
- Several (3+) years of relevant work experience as a Big Data/Software/Python Developer or something similar with solid up-to-date knowledge.
- Knowledge or experience with the following tools/techniques is a plus.- AWS- Jira, Git or Docker
- Analytical and accurate work attitude.
- You are decisive, result-oriented, initiative and you have perseverance.
- Your enthusiasm for the work is expressed in ownership and continuous urge to improve.
