Are you ready to take on the challenge?\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBrand Communication Manager is responsible for the company’s new brand strategy, ways we’ll communicate with customers and acquire them. Opening a new chapter in our Growth team, you’ll work hand in hand in product-based teams consisting of Sourcing, Operations, PR, Digital Marketing, CX and Product specialists across the company. As a customer-focused organization we lack proper B2C marketing ownership and strategy – we look forward to seeing you take it in your hands and give it a proper shape! You will take accountability for product marketing including brand, social media, lead generation and CRM activities (and possibly others – you name it!). \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYour responsibilities include: \n\n\n\n\n\n * Responsibility for creating brand strategy for today’s and future products \n\n * Building brand position regionally (CEE) and possibly in new mark proven track record of leading customer/product acquisition camp ets (WE)\n\n\n\n\n* Taking charge of customer acquisition campaigns for our offline (sourcing of candidates) & online (mobile, web apps) products\n* Creating and executing communications strategy to extend customer’s lifetime value and increase our NPS \n* Being a mastermind of our B2C social media presence \n* Running great market research and competitive analysis\n* Working closely with CX on VoC, retention and closing the loop \n* Supporting Product teams in building and launching and launch great products\n* Evangelizing the organization in the area of brand development\n* \n\n\n\n* Basic Qualifications:\n* Start-up & product-focused mindset – it is important who you work with, not who you report to\n* Passion for understanding customer problems and turning them into innovative ideas\n* Proven track record (4-6 years) as a Brand/Communications/Marketing Manager in a company creating its own product or in a digital agency\n\n\n\n\n * The ability to take data-driven decisions\n\n * Passion for simplifying (essentialism) rather than complicating; make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler \n\n * Practical knowledge of CX and digital-first approach \n\n * Great communication, presentation and leadership skills \n\n * The ability and willingness to build strong and long-lasting relationships\n\n * Alignment with the values of the organization; \n\n * The ability to go into detail without losing sight of the big picture\n\n * Doer and team player mindset 🙂 \n\n * Required: fluent UA/RU/ENG, good PL language skills would be an asset \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n It would be an advantage If you have the following characteristics:\n\n\n * Basic knowledge of SQL, OLAP, WordPress\n\n * Building tech brands from scratch\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n* You’ll work with customer focused people, in a company which undergoes rapid digitalization and growth \n* You’ll work on multiple products and projects, in a product-driven flexible structures \n* You’ll have a real impact on products \n* Training budget enabling constant improvement of qualifications and development of competencies\n* Competitive salary and objectives-based bonus\n* Private medical care, a Multisport\ncard and access to the benefit platform with the purchasing budget\n* Life insurance\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn EWL we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
