With that in mind, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative.\nAs Cocoroco’s Business Development Representative you will be challenged to build and manage your own commercial portfolio. You generate and follow up on leads and attend relevant (online) events, making sure that you are wherever our potential clients are. After leading the sales process from end to end, you continue to manage and expand the commercial relationship with the client. \n\nWe are a start-up so nothing is set in stone. This is what we think we expect from you…\nAs Business Development Representative, you’ll: \n\nDrive international expansion of our client portfolio, by researching, identifying and approaching potential clients across EMEA;\nBuild and manage your own client portfolio, driving client success and satisfaction;\nDevelop and optimize our commercial strategies for exponential revenue growth;\nInvest in great partnerships, build trust, and establish an active dialogue with top decision-makers;\nSupport implementation and configuration set them up for success, and continue to manage the relationship from there, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction;\nTake ownership, make decisions with courage and be there to inspire others.\n\n\nYou should have: \n\nExperience in sales or account management, including previous experience at a marketplace platform, staffing platform, or equivalent.
