In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop, communicate and drive priority initiatives across the business. Chief of Staff will be a key contributor to both the strategy and implementations of critical initiatives that are “currently on no one’s plate”, including building a few teams from scratch (customer success, marketing, etc). Day-to-day responsibilities are dynamic and will vary greatly based on the candidate & the business needs at the time. This role serves as a potential pipeline to senior operational/ growth roles at Trash Warrior .\n\nTrash Warrior is a high pace environment. It’s important that you develop a strong sense of ownership towards achieving the specified objectives.
