The Director of Solution Engineering (SE) will lead the global pre-sales team. You will lead a global team of SEs, Solution Architects (SA), and Enterprise Architects (EA). You will work closely with the sales, delivery, and partner/channels teams to help match customer needs to the right mix of open source technologies, Percona services and Percona software products. 80% of your job will be leading the global Solution Engineering team and 20% working with the SE and sales teams in selling Percona solutions.nnThis position is a remote position.
