We are a small core team of 8 fun and creative people.nn## Job briefnnAs Growth Marketer at Vue School you’ll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. You’ll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success. You’ll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. You’ll be the sole full-time marketer on the team and you will work together with our community manager, product manager, BDM, designer, and CEO to truly understand the product, our customers, and craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, you’ll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Vue School can enter the next stage of growth.nnn## Responsibilitiesn- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsn- Segment user database to achieve conversions from free to paid users via email marketing automation and other channelsn- Understand paid customer needs and help increase product value, retention, and ARPUn- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)n- Develop copy for all email and other campaigns (writing clear, persuasive, original copy)n- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsn- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategiesn- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsn- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experiencen- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsn- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsn- Orchestrate social media presence in collaboration with our community managern- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersn- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriatenn## Requirementsn- Proven working experience as a growth marketer, digital marketing manager/executive, or a relevant role the last 3 years.n- Minimum of 7 years work experience in digital marketing.n- Demonstrable experience leading and managing database marketing or lifecycle marketing, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.n- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, MixPanel, Fullstory)n- Solid knowledge of email marketing automation tools (e.g. Drip, Customer.io, Convertkit)n- Experience creating and analyzing surveys.
