We employ thousands of Twilions worldwide, and we’re looking for more builders, creators, and visionaries to help fuel our growth momentum.\n\nAbout the job\n\nThis position is needed to help drive the applications landscape, lead a team of analysts/admins, and deploy processes and organization to increase the team’s effectiveness. \n\nThe Business Systems Manager will be a leader on the Business Systems team responsible for managing the operational support, maintenance, and enhancements of Salesforce and associated integrated applications. This person will lead a small team of analysts/admins to partner with senior business stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps and ensure that applications are aligned with business needs. The role combines strategic responsibilities, process improvement and in-depth hands-on technical expertise to drive application innovation across the company.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nIn this role, you’ll:\n\n\n\n\nManage and coach a small team of analysts/admins  \n\n\n\n\nManage and develop support processes and policies across applications; guiding resolution of incidents, maintenance, and enhancement requests raised by end users\n\n\n\n\nOversee bi-weekly release cycles, backlog grooming, Jira triaging and user acceptance testing; lead team stand-ups and sprint close/kickoff meetings     \n\n\n\n\nServe as a team steward to implement, evangelize, and support processes and Business Systems delivery methodology; contribute to continuous efforts to improve processes that increase efficiency and quality of service    \n\n\n\n\nManage 3rd party vendor relationships, license procurement, and renewal meetings  \n\n\n\n\nPartner with business stakeholders in prioritization and ensuring alignment of business objectives/BPMs to their requests\n\n\n\n\n\nQualifications \n\nNot all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!\n\nRequired:\n\n\n\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\n\n\n\n4+ years of experience implementing, configuring and managing Salesforce (and related tools)\n\n\n\n\n2+ years of people management experience preferably in a GTM systems environment\n\n\n\n\nExperience leading application implementations utilizing Agile delivery methodology (using Jira)\n\n\n\n\nExcellent verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization \n\n\n\n\n\nDesired:\n\n\n\n\nMultiple Salesforce certifications\n\n\n\n\nPMP or related project management certifications \n\n\n\n\n\nLocation \n\nThis role will be based in our San Francisco, CA OR Denver, CO office (OR remote/hybrid OK)\n\nApproximately <5% travel is anticipated\n\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nThere are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
