Together, we’ve created the highest-rated fundraising/donor CRM platform on the market and we are excited for the opportunity to add people like yourself to our best-in-class culture. \n\n\n\n\n \n\nThe Role\n\n\nThe primary responsibility for this role is to establish and fine-tune the systems and processes tied to marketing-related measurement and analytics, marketing automation, marketing infrastructure and data management. This role works in close partnership with multiple teams across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Success, Product and Finance. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nDuties/Responsibilities\n\n\nProvide insights to the Demand Gen team on campaign performance through a range of metrics and dashboards to help drive pipeline and revenue growth\n\nImprove the lead-to-revenue process to achieve goals through the funnel; as well as track conversations at each stage of the buying journey across campaigns and channels\n\nWork in the marketing automation system (Marketo) including the production of assets, integrations, tracking and reporting\n\nExecute on marketing database strategy to support growth in various market segments\n\nMaintain processes to support database health and growth, including contact and account enrichment, data hygiene, data quality, data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations (such as CCPA, GDPR)\n\nOptimize marketing technology stack to help the marketing team drive efficiency in the execution of programs and campaigns\n\nPartner with Marketing and Sales Operations to track business performance \n\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat Does It Take\n\n\n2+ years of marketing operations experience\n\nIn-depth experience with building and scaling in a Marketing Automation (Marketo-certified a plus) and CRM (Salesforce)\n\nExperience in the strategy, design and implementation of the lead-to-revenue process – definitions, stages and statuses, data mapping and syncing and SLAs\n\nStrong analytic skills with ability to analyze campaign performance data to optimize existing campaigns and channels, identify new opportunities and turn data into actionable insights. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nBenefits \n\n\nHealth Insurance: Medical, Vision, Dental, FSA, HSA\n\nPaid Parental Leave: For time spent with your little one\n\n401K with Match: To help you save for the future \n\nWellness: You’ll have access to a free subscription to Headspace, a free weekly yoga class taught via Zoom, and a kitchen stocked with snacks and coffee. \n\nTime Away: PTO, Flex Days, Volunteer Days, 13 Paid Holidays \n\nEquipment: We ship everything to your front door\n\n\n\n\n \n\nLocation \n\nThis is a full-time, permanent position, either fully remote or based in our Indianapolis or Nashville HQ.
