In the short/medium term, this would be the primary focus of the role until the CMS is ‘done’. You’ll be regularly working with our content team to extend and improve the system. You’ll also be helping other devs add to the CMS and integrate other parts of the app. Once you’ve got a solid understanding of the system and processes, you’re welcome to rewrite or rearchitect it.nn## Perksnn- Work anywhere you like. Australians can get an equivalent rate (+super) salary position.n- 10 paid days off per year.nn## Responsibilitiesnn- Writing production-ready coden- Ensure that your code does the right thing. You will need to do analysis and work with stakeholders.n- Ensure that your code works. You will need to test – automated, manual as needed.n- Ensure that you do your work. You will need to be self-motivated and manage your own time.nn## Requirementsnn- Significant experience in Ruby & Railsn- Significant experience in JavaScriptn- Significant experience in CSS/HTMLn- Willing to undergo a background check (for our SOC2 compliance)n- Good written Englishn- Conversational spoken Englishn- Proficient in mac/linuxnn## Exclusionsnn- No part-timers.
