UpKeep is ranked the #1 Facility Management software on Gartner, #1 Maintenance Management software on G2 Crowd, and FrontRunners on Software Advice.\n\n*This is a hybrid remote role and will require 3 days on site in our LA office*\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThis role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and administering our IT infrastructure, business critical applications and systems.  The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing technical leadership for the IT function. Key areas of expertise are server virtualization, storage area networks, firewalls, switching fabric, office connectivity, local and wide area networking, computing security, information security processes, business continuity and documentation of the same. \n\nThe Senior IT Systems Engineer will provide Tier 2 support for issues that are escalated and will work with the IT staff to lead problem management efforts, as well as post incident root cause analysis. \n\nWhile this role supports UpKeep employees across the US, the Senior IT Systems Engineer will be based in our Los Angeles-based HQ.\n\n \nAt UpKeep, we celebrate and support our differences.
