Job Summary:

Serves as Senior Program Manager for the University of Louisiana System (ULS), which includes the
role of program manager for the Workday for Louisiana Tech University, Southeastern Louisiana University, and the University of New Orleans,
with the potential for future expansion with other system institutions.

Responsibilities include on-time delivery, campus
coordination, and all minimum requirements met for a project involving multiple institutions. Leads the design, testing, planning, and
implementation of a complex project(s) for the ULS affecting multiple institutions. Leads the development and implementation of a broad,
coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the ULS and participating institutions.

Current
Project Background:

Louisiana Tech University, Southeastern Louisiana University, and the University of New Orleans have
implemented Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Finance utilizing a shared services model in different tenants. By deploying
Workday utilizing shared services the Universities have fostered collaboration among teams, leverage knowledge and skillset across
institutions, and capitalized in professional services cost savings.

Workday Student implementation will start Fall 2021 and has
a target completion of Fall of 2023.

The Workday Student implementation will deliver: (1) adoption of common business processes
and best practices; (2) a network of support and knowledge across participating institutions; (3) maximized productivity by sharing
resources across teams; and (4) improved consistency of data collection and reporting at all levels. Following the full implementation, the
Senior Program Manager will work with the schools on stabilization with an ultimate goal of optimization and self-reliance.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University required.

Experience:

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple
    and changing demands. Proven track record of effective leadership of staff. Passion for client satisfaction.
  • Documented experience
    as a project manager or team lead involving a software implementation. Proven experience of successful project implementation.
  • Experience in organizing and executing a multi-year, multi-phase project.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s preferred
  • 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a technical environment.
  • Experience
    working in a higher education environment.
  • Understanding of higher education – its community and its technology requirements
    – is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise:

  • Deep knowledge of principles, practices
    and theories in own professional discipline. May have knowledge of more than one professional discipline.
  • Outstanding record of
    project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Pro-active in developing and implementing
    strategies that significantly mitigate risk.

Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving:

  • Demonstrates
    superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create lasting,
    productive partnerships with clients.
  • Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating
    skills.

Decision Making:

  • Regularly makes decisions and takes independent action on matters directly
    affecting strategic goals. Guides staff and project managers in learning and applying useful decision-making approaches.
