Job Summary
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to
improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
Responsibilities
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
- Manages analytics, spreadsheets, and dashboards to generate reports for Eccles School statistics.
- Coordinates technical
logistics of events. - Determines team needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
- Educates
other team members on use of systems and assists others with technological issues. - Serves as primary point of contact between
team members and other on-campus technical staff, including the Eccles School Salesforce team. - Performs other duties as
assigned.
Comments
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular
field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity
and latitude is required.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires an associate degree in a
related area or equivalency and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability
to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.
Preferences
experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Handshake are preferred.
