Job Description:
Administer, support, maintain, and develop
applications the UTSIS Client Services team owns in support of UT System campuses. Applications include, but are
not limited to; Cherwell (ITSM, ESM, PPM), SharePoint,
Uptrends, OpsGenie, Embed, and communication listservs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or
Associate’s degree and 2 years of related experience or high school diploma and 4 years of related experience.

Preferred
Education and Experience:

Experience maintaining, developing, and supporting the Cherwell IT Service Management application.
Awareness and understanding of IT best practices including ITIL, SDLC, and project
management. Understanding of the SQL programming language and ability to write queries. Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science or related field and 5 years of directly related experience. Non-related degrees may be considered if experience pertains
to the essential functions of the job as detailed above.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Must have a
high degree of oral and written communication skills, and the ability to consult with all levels of personnel. Good organizational and
analytical skills required for consistent implementation of best practices in development and support. Demonstrated ability to be the
subject matter expert in supporting, maintaining, and administering complex applications. Outstanding attention to detail with superior time
and project management skills. Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly.
