Job Summary
The Institute for Biomedical Informatics (IBI) is seeking an Information Technology Manager III to join the team. This position will be responsible for providing leadership and management for IBI’s Application Development Office. The person in this position will be responsible for the overall system design and the documenting of development requirements for databases, applications, and operating system environments. The position will consult with end users to test and debug applications to meet client needs and serve as expertise in all aspects of designing and application development.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, open-source, and web standard technologies ie ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and T-SQL to design & develop technologies. Driver’s License – preferred

Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field preferred.
