Job Summary

IT Product Manager on the
ServiceNow Platform development team in support of Service Management processes in the Information Technology department. Establishes
processes for management of product requirements throughout their lifecycle. Works cross-functionally to translate customer needs and
technology directions into product definitions. Develops business plan for products. Helps Information Technology groups utilize information
systems to improve their efficiency.

This is a Category IIA position: Not
required on campus and able to telework during the duration of the University’s COVID-19 response. Employees and/or functions where
employees are able to work remotely in order to maintain campus systems, campus operations, clinical operations, and patient

The
IT Product Manager is responsible for delivering product value to the customers by gathering end user requirements and use cases and clearly
articulating customer needs to business stakeholders and the platform development team. The individual should demonstrate technical acumen
to design relevant and efficient solutions to meet client goals and align with industry best practices. The candidate should have a good
understanding of ITIL. Candidate should also have a good understanding of Agile/Scrum as this position works in an integrated team
environment of engineers and others and utilizes scrum methodology in development and implementation.
