The individual will need to be creative, motivated, proactive, and dedicated to fit seamlessly with our highly collaborative product teams. The ideal candidate will be used to working on multiple projects simultaneously in a very busy and exciting environment. Superb project management skills, meticulous attention to detail and has a self-starter/learner mindset.\n\n \n \n \nExample Responsibilities:\n\nPriorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:\n\n* Support art team with day-to-day activities\n* Conceptualize and strategize projects along with other project managers\n* Work with other project managers to assess bandwidth and manage priorities between creative departments\n* Provide status updates on projects and track progress with a complete understanding of requirements and expectations\n* Liaise with multiple departments to ensure plans are efficiently executed\n* Work with project managers and designers to ensure work meets project deadlines\n* Uphold creative vision and high-quality standards across all print and digital pieces\n* Be able to benchmark and stay on top of the market and new trends\n\n\nJob requirements:\n\n\nYou’ll be successful if you:\n\nMust Haves\n\n\n* Have a great portfolio of projects\n\n* Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\n* Ability to interact with internal peers and management as well as vendors and outside agencies.\n\n* Proficient in creating and presenting\n\n* Ability to prioritize assignments in order to anticipate and meet multiple deadlines.\n\n* Detail- and results-oriented self-starter with disciplined workflow practices.\n\n* A gamer yourself!\n\n* The passionate and egoless attitude that welcomes feedback and criticism, and enjoys working in a collaborative, iterative, and agile process\n\n* Ability to thrive in a challenging and often ambiguous environment\n\n\n\n\nPluses (Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position)\n\n\n* Experience programming games or web development\n\n* Adept understanding in creating 3D art and animation in Blender\n\n* Background in UI/UX\n\n\n\nHit the apply button to get started with the application!
