\nWe are looking for a motivated Senior-level Product Manager to bring knowledge, experience and positive creativity and help lead our growing product team. You’ll be inspiring and prototyping, analysing and refining, communicating and collaborating to help us build the next generation of our unique best-in-class technology. Most importantly you’ll be the glue that connects our commercial strategy and engineering teams together, with clearly defined goals and deliverables to drive our success.<br/><br/>\nWhat you’ll be doing\n\nYou’ll be using your product management expertise and commercial experience to engage deeply with customers and partners, to identify market opportunities and break complex problems down into actionable roadmaps. We’ll experiment, build, fail fast, and think creatively and holistically to maintain our position as the most innovative company in the digital outdoor advertising space.\n\nYour responsibilities\n\n\n* \nYou’ll own the full product lifecycle for a portfolio of functionality at LDSK, including research, scoping, prototyping, customer and stakeholder validation, commercialisation and rollout.\n\n* \nProduct Discovery: conduct market research and engage with customers, prospects and partners to identify market needs and opportunities, validating ideas quickly.\n\n* \nProduct delivery: collaborate closely with engineers and project managers through all stages of product development, offering business context and insight, providing clear and consistent priorities, working through trade offs, and communicating plans and requirements effectively.\n\n* \nWriting requirement definitions (POCs, Themes, Epics and User Stories) to effectively communicate with all stakeholders of a product area.\n\n* \nEstablish yourself as an expert on our platform’s functionality and portfolio for external users as well as internal teams.\n\n* \nLead vision, strategy, and execution for a set of LDSK products while we innovate and remain leaders in our industry.\n\n* \nWork closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, data science, UX, programmatic advertising partnerships, and other business teams.\n\n* \nFollow a resilience approach, sometimes solutions will take creative thinking and multiple iterations. You may try many different approaches to find the right answer. \n\n* \nInspire the team with your vision and passion for the products the team will build.\n\n* \nBe the voice of the customer and represent them from a position of deep industry and market understanding.\n\n\n\n\nEssential Experience\n\n\n\n* \n3-5 years of experience in product management or in a related professional area.\n\n* \nExcellent oral and written communication, vision presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work productively with business and technology teams within LDSK and at customer/partner organisations both in large and small groups.\n\n* \nDetail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.\n\n* \nAbility to write product requirements specifications in the form of Themes, Epics, User Stories and Proof-of-Concepts.\n\n* \nProfessional experience with Agile project management methodologies such as SCRUM.\n\n* \nExperience with cloud technologies and platforms or a deep understanding of SaaS business models.\n\n* \nAbility to understand and explain complex concepts including distributed systems, IoT and modern digital media delivery.\n\n* \nCollaborating with other product managers, UX experts, project managers, commercial teams and engineers comes naturally to you.\n\n* \nA consistent track record of making significant, self-directed, and end-to-end contributions to software projects. \n\n* \nAbility to solve complex technical problems with creative solutions while managing trade offs and constraints.\n\n\n\n\nDesirable skills\n\n\n\n* \nAbility to easily find answers in data – you don’t shy away from SQL or large datasets.\n\n* \nExperience working with distributed teams – we have four offices globally and many colleagues working remotely. \n\n* \nExperience in the advertising technology space or an interest in the ever-changing outdoor advertising and retail advertising industry, and their digitisation.\n\n* \nBackground in software development, engineering, or data science.\n\n* \nPassion for digital media and how it is applied on digital signage.\n\n* \nStrong interest in what computing can do, a passion for technology and how to apply that to problems of massive scale.\n\n* \nProficiency in one or more languages in addition to English: Spanish, Portuguese, German, Dutch, French or Chinese.\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy LDSK?\n\nWe’re ambitious and growing fast.
