Brandeis University seeks to hire a Sr. IT Change Manager to support the Information
Technology Services (ITS) organization through effective change management activities that will help foster employee engagement and adoption
of technology change.

Primary Responsibilities:

Change Management/ Campus Readiness (70%): Plan, design, develop and
deliver change management activities for ITS initiatives and projects to ensure ongoing stakeholder and user engagement.

  • Conduct
    change impact analyses; assess campus readiness; and develop stakeholder engagement plans. Develop and deliver change management activities
    to ensure ongoing stakeholder and user engagement.  Engage with stakeholders to determine needs and formulate an action plan.
  • Plan,
    design, develop, and deliver communications. Develop and produce content for a variety of communication channels including print,
    presentations, digital displays, web, and video, based on the needs of the project or initiative.
  • Raise awareness of and engagement
    in technology initiatives by developing campus readiness strategies to target specific audience groups with communications and
    training.
  • Work closely with ITS executives and senior leadership to understand and put into place change management, communication,
    and training approaches that support ITS initiatives. Provide change management and project management support to the rollout of the ITS
    Project Management Office (PMO) as well as other IT Governance and Data Governance Program initiatives.
  • Improve change management
    effectiveness by influencing project teams across ITS to develop stakeholder/partner outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness,
    understanding, buy-in, and support of technology initiatives. Develop and analyze success metrics to understand the adoption of planned
    changes. Develop continual improvement strategies.

Leadership Support (10%): Provide executive communications support to ITS
senior management by preparing background materials for meetings; drafting and editing communications with external and campus
constituencies; and assisting with other strategic projects as assigned. Provide communication leadership to senior management by guiding,
creating, and delivering messages and content.

Content Management (10%): Manage ITS messaging to the Brandeis community including the
ITS website and any other associated sub-sites. Write new content, establish new features, and develop new interactive elements. Design
consistent and effective messages, marketing materials, policy, and social media campaigns, print brochures, newsletters, digital signage,
publications, and brand standards to represent and promote ITS.

Outreach (10%): Liaise with communications & marketing professionals
across the university to create innovative approaches to heighten awareness, understand, and engagement with ITS activities, services, and
initiatives. Establish a network of liaisons within ITS and in the schools and departments that will help socialize ITS-related change
activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or communications,
    required.
  • 8+ years of overall IT professional experience including a combination of change management, communication planning, and
    IT project management.
  • 5+ years of experience providing client services in a higher education or professional services
    setting
  • Prosci Certification is preferred
